Lower Case To Upper Case

You have been given a list on names, items, places, etc, and the the list is in lower case. And You would want to have all the list in Upper Case. How do you do that in the shortest time possible? See below

• Type an = Sign In Lets Say Column B in Cell B1, and type the word "Upper Assuming the list is in Column A, and the first name starting in Cell A1
• Open The Bracket And Select The Cell (A1)Containing The List In Lower Case, and Close the bracket.
• Press Enter, and there you have the first name on the list appearing in Upper Case.
• Select the Just Changed Name In Upper Case, and position the cursor on the intersection of  a row and column until u see a + sign.
• Hold the Mouse And Drag From the First Name to The Last Name.
• Press Enter and you will have your whole list in upper case.
